My lifesaver!
Today, I didn’t make it for the Varsity Volleyball Team at my school. I felt very weird when I got the news. I didn’t feel disappointed in myself because I knew that I worked very hard over the summer and that I gave it my all. But I didn’t feel happy. Part of me wanted to go to Columbus and play hardcore, and the other part wanted to just go home and sleep. In the end, I went home because I didn’t have another metro card swipe. Soon after I came home, I turned on my computer and clicked on a game to take my mind off of it. “Undergoing Maintenance” I felt like everything failed me. Whenever I was bored out of my mind or upset, it would not work for me. Half an hour later, Mei called from Gordon College. And right after talking to her and hearing her voice, I felt so much better. Her words made me feel so much better even if we weren’t talking about my problems. She’s doing great in Gordon taking on three majors at once! Hearing how well she was doing lifted up my spirit. I’m on the Junior Varsity Volleyball team though. :) And I’ll try again for varsity next year!

I don’t try to sneak out and try to always ask permission nowadays. And instead of getting a reward, my dad starts to lie.
Stuck at Home.
I’ve ate. I’ve slept. I’ve watched dramas, movies, and music videos. And I still ate some more. OMG and I’m going to eat dinner soon.
There is no wrong way to be you. The only mistake you can make is trying to be someone else.
Sometimes we feel pressured to follow the crowd, whether it’s purchasing the trendiest handbag or stifling a boisterous laugh. Isn’t it wonderful to know that when you are with your dearest friends you are completely comfortable just being yourself? Sing at the top of your lungs, dance in the kitchen while you’re having coffee, laugh your most wonderful laugh… your best friends won’t even care if a little snort comes out. In fact, they’ll love you even more for it!

Yeah, I’m that crazy hyped up girl who can’t stop talking. Who isn’t afraid to step up and go first. But after a day of fun, I’m just like you. I get tired. And I need rest and comfort of warm smiles and words.
